From planning large annual meetings to managing operations, she is adept at wearing many hats and managing multiple stressors.

Janine is a proficient and professional office manager, Who is known to supervise staff through coordinating support services and directing those in her department. With a highly detail oriented when it comes to compiling and overseeing operational reports, Janine’s desire for accuracy and attention to detail has helped LAG Capital maintain a stellar reputation. In addition to administrative skills, She is also highly personable and treats each employee as a valuable part of the team.
